Dispute Resolution (Secretary)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- (1) Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents (pleadings, affidavits, submissions, witness statements, bundles).
- (2) Manage e-Filing/e-Review, court/tribunal filings, deadlines, and service of documents.
- (3) Maintain case files, records, document, and precedents.
- (4) Coordinate schedules, hearings, client meetings, and travel arrangements.
- (5) Handle correspondence, billing support, and administrative tasks for dispute resolution matters.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
- (1) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a litigation/dispute resolution secretary (law firm experience preferred)
- (2) Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- (3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiar with e-Filing/e-Review, iManage and iTracker
- (4) Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines.

Executive Assistant
Job Description
- (1) Assist the Office Manager with daily administration and operational oversight.
- (2) Manage scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications.
- (3) Coordinate office maintenance, procurement, and vendor management.
- (4) Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- (5) Support HR and finance functions where required (onboarding, staff matters, invoice tracking).
